An exciting opportunity now exists at The Sheraton Athlone Hotel for a HR Administrator

It is an ideal role for an experienced HR Administrator seeking career advancement and exposure to the full HR function.

The overall objective of the role is to assist with delivery of human resource projects, plans and development that will contribute to the overall organisational capability and performance.

You will be an enthusiastic, proactive and organised administrator to join a strong hotel brand and you will be key player, contributing in a meaningful way to the HR strategy and HR support function.

This will be both a challenging and fulfilling opportunity with the potential to develop your skills.

responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for day to day HR queries providing a consistently high level of service
  • Preparation of employment letters, contracts and associated documentation
  • Coordinate, maintain, and compile HR related files, and records, both soft copy and hard files
  • Update and maintain TMS and Alkimii databases
  • Support the full recruitment process to include posting jobs, maintaining recruitment files and scheduling interviews
  • Onboarding of new Associates
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring all legislative requirements are met
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of training programs and associated documentation
  • Participate in, represent and help roll-out HR related projects
  • Participate in and ensure compliance with Sheraton and Marriott Brand Standards
  • Training Administration
  • Promote company culture as an active member of the HR team
