The Hodson Bay Hotel is excited to be recruiting for a part time Personal Assistant/ Administrative Assistant to work directly alongside our Managing Director and General Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the hospitality industry and to join our award winning team at the Hodson Bay.
A little bit about you:
You have 2+ years experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
You are a highly professional individual with fantastic communication & interpersonal skills.
You pay exceptional attention to detail, are a self-motivated individual who can take their own initiative & is pro-active in their work.
You have the ability to work closely to deadlines, are proficient in complex diary management & scheduling.
What your role will include:
Preparing presentations and reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
Organizing agendas, documentation and minutes for meetings
Working closely with departments such as Accounts & HR to ensure maximum efficiency in your role
General administrative duties as directed by management such as: expenses, archiving, updating internal systems, proof reading & report writing.
